The Catalan Consumer Arbitration Board

What it is
It is an administrative body attached to the Catalan Consumer Agency and the Departament d'Empresa i Ocupació of the Government of Catalonia which is in charge of processing the complaints made by the public all over Catalonia when they feel they have lost out as a result of buying a product or being provided with a service.

What it does
The Catalan Consumer Arbitration Board processes claims using two different procedures to resolve conflicts: mediation and consumer arbitration.
