The Studies and Communication Service designs, develops and transmits the Agency's external communication actions.
Using this site, intended to provide the communication media and society as a whole with another communication tool, you can also access the most important data, check on the main actions and news of the activities carried out by the Agency's various units and access press calls, press releases and the news campaigns generated.
We also provide you with a documentation service where you can consult the collection of specialised documents on consumer matters (legislation, publications, studies, statistics, etc.) and the ACC's electronic magazine.
